thanks, we were gonna rent the spray booth at a shop but plans fell through and it worked out for the best. this wound up getting painted over 2 weeks. the stripes were a PITA. I got the stencil kit, which turned into the biggest piece of garbage that I ever wasted 100 bucks on. had to lay everything out old school. and the only 2 pieces from the stencil kit we actually used, on the header panel, came out crooked. we have to sand it down and respray the stripes. how did they do it on an assembly line from the factory is beyond me.

Beautiful paint job! When I had mine painted the one area the painter agonized on was the stripes. He hand laid them out also, but really feared bleed through, and tape removal! He got no bleed around the tape, but one place on the trunk stuck and created a ragged edge when pulling the tape off. He fixed it perfectly, but was obviously disappointed when it happened!
