Got a couple things done today before heading to the track for my last track day of the year with the bike.. Pulled the radiator support and sway bar...

Gotta love the creative use of wine bottle corks to close the holes in the steering box.....

More parts trickling in...

Dart aluminum heads and intake. Guides. Rocker studs. Roller rockers, ARP top end bolt kit. Gaskets and plugs.... The chrome valve covers may be used for mock up and fitting, but they will be replaced with some polished aluminum covers at some point.

I love getting new parts for a project! It's like being a kid at Christmas for me!

I dropped another $2K in motor parts today, with about another $1100 to go. Christ, this is getting "spensive!

It's always expensive, but harder to absorb when it's all at once! If a project is continually upgraded over the years, it's expensive, but not as noticeable. But taking a car down to basics, and rebuilding everything really makes the wallet beg for mercy!

Default Darts and $.

Expensive enough for small block Dart parts, be glad it's not a big block. Some sweet parts there though. So nice to start new, you know exactly what you have that way.

Spent a good portion of the day getting my crap in order. All engine parts in one location. Interior in another. Body parts in a third location. I simply could not tolerate the pile of parts in the garage....

More parts received today... MSD ignition... Holley 750 double pumper. Misc ARP bolts. Solid motor mounts. Braided fuel line....
