1970 build....

That's the combination I will be running. I figured it would flow enough. Thanks.

Welcome. Sorry I'm late to the party. I just moved and lost all motivation to even look at mine. Sounds fun. I too know the pain of big ticket purchases. My suspension was a one time deal for 3300 that I'm still hiding receipts for.
Your motor is similar to mine. 3/8" line would most likely feed it but I have a -8 cause I dont want to pay twice. How often/long do you plan on running WOT? if short blasts are your plan your good.

If running WOT for a 1/4 mile wont run out of gas, I'm not sure longer than that distance would make any difference. I'm running the stock gas tank on my '63 Falcon, with twin 600 Holley carbs on a tunnel ram, and a mechanical fuel pump, feeding the 464 c.i. Chevy in it. Never have an issue with fuel starvation with 3/8" line, and this gas tank was made to feed a six, or a 260 V8.

I will not be drag racing this thing, and don't imagine it will see WOT too often with how I plan to drive it. It will be set up for handling, so will see more back road playing than anything.
I had to finish up a customer paint job this weekend, so I got nothing done over the weekend. Boooo....

Been held up while finishing up customer paint work, but I got some stuff ordered today like braided hose, AN fittings, and crap like that to be able to run fuel line and transmission cooling lines. Also got a few parts in today. Subframe connectors and rear sway bar kit.
I also started cutting out some of the rot in the cowl to see how bad it was. It ended up beeing about as bad as I feared, but nothing non repairable.
Also started getting the old fiberglass repair removed from the rear floor pan. I think I may go ahead and order a floor pan section for this and section it in to repair this area. That's easier than fabricating a patch since all the angles area pain to work with.

Today I decided to finish prepping the gas tank, so I got that ready to go. Tomorrow it will see a coat of epoxy primer followed by a silver base coat and then clear. I thought it was kinda cool to see the 1970 stamp on the corner tab......

Fuel tank hanging up and ready to spray....
Epoxy primer done..
Annnnnd done.... This was some left over paint from a past paint job and is a Jaguar color... Feels good to actually have a piece done now.
Got some more goodies in today. Polished water pump, chrome trans inspection cover, fuel pressure gauge, and braided line with AN fittings..
