Question which size cam should i get???

hey guys, i'm working on a 79 camaro z28 but still learning a lot about everything and i needed some engine help, i'd like to put a bigger cam in it but as far as lift and duration go i'm clueless, right now the car has a 350 in it with a holley 4bbl carb (not sure on the size though sorry), and an edelbrock performer intake, i'd like to get more hp out of this motor while keeping it decent for on the streets, and would putting in roller rockers make much of a difference? once again i'm still learning so bear with me, thanks!

I'd go with the maximum lift possible, with your stock pistons, but keep the duration and overlap as short as possible. This will really help it breathe, but keep the power band down low to develope good torque, and usable HP.
The roller rockers will definitely help, but you'll most likely need a tall set of valve covers to clear most roller rockers. Don't get a roller cam though, unless you're really building a hi performance engine.
