Question about my '77
My '77 is a 250 L6 engine and I was wondering how common this was in a Camaro? Reason I ask is a lot of people look confused when I tell them and a few even go so far as to think that it strange/odd.

Many have since been converted to V-8 power, used to be if you were going to build a fast Camaro you were going stick shift and pulling the engine out anyway, most of the straight six cars were stick shift so pedals and linkage were in place and they were cheap to buy so they made for great hotrod build cars on the cheap. It was easy to sell off the six and 3 speed too, always someone looking for a replacement engine or trans for an old pickup or other basic Chevy and that 250 would fit a whole bunch of years and models. I had an old 4 door '68 BelAir work car with a 250 and 3 on the tree just like this one.
