I'm thinking about buying a camaro found this one and it has a weird stripes are they stock or custom if stock what model are they.

 

Those are not factory strips, meaning someone just painted it and that is NOT a 74 Camaro.

74 Had the small back window, 75 is the first year for the wrap around back window. Below shows the back of a 74 Z, 74 is also the only year for those decals on the Z

My guess would be either 1975-1977. Hard to tell with just one picture. But from the angle its at, I can see the type of bumper that was only used on those years and the back window is wrapped around the sides of the body so that also gives it away.
