Default z bar mounting bracket bolts

I am new here and converting a 1969 Camaro from th350 auto to tremec 5 speed. I wanted to see if anyone knows what the specs are on the bolts for the bracket that bolts to the frame to support the the z bar. Also the z bar tube has a grease zert and wanted to see if the whole tube should be filled with grease to lubricate the ball studs. The procedure I was sent says to lubricate the ball studs with graphite.

Thanks

Hex head sheet metal screws.
Yes fill tube and wipe off excess grease and push the soft dust seals back into place.

Thanks Everett, I ended up using 5/16" cap screws but had to tap the three holes in the frame which I would have thought would have been at factory but I got the bracket installed! You mentioned the felt and I looked up a view on line and see where one goes on the frame side. It appears to be captured between the zbar tube and bracket which I would think will get cut when tightening the bolt to secure the zbar to frame bracket?
I received two felts with my kit. Does one go on the engine block side also? If so it appears it would have to be installed on the thread side of the ball stud?

thanks for your help again!

It appears the zbar lever is interfering with the current driver side header. Any suggestions? I've done a little research on headers and some mention requirement of hydraulic clutch set up. I was thinking of trying to modify zbar or see if headers are made for factory zbar with ac equipped car.

Yes, there is a felt washer between the ball and stud on engine side.
Headers may not be made for manual trans.
Some brands have the Zbar removed, install header, then reinstall Zbar between tubes.

Default Z bar lever interference

Everett, thanks for reply. I can get z bar installed but the lever towards the engine that connects rod for clutch fork hits on top of the header collector where it cannot be rotated into proper position. It looks like these headers Must not be designed for standard trans.....TE][/QUOTE]
