Default 67 lower speedometer cable replacement

I am trying to replace my lower speedometer cable on my 67 Camaro. The 3 speed manual transmission has a two part cable. The lower cable has broken and needs to be replaced.

The cable is routed between the frame assemble for the front end and the body. There is no room to pull the cable ends between the frame and the uni body.

Does anyone know the procedure to replace the lower speedometer cable?

Thanks.

if you want stock location, you will have to loosen the sub frame bolts from the body

You can under the drvr seat position on the subframe, use a crowbar and provide a little bigger clearance for the cable nut.
I suggest under the seat for covering up the improvement.
