What knob goes here?

What **** goes here?
On my 67 deluxe interior there is a nice balance with the standard speedo and the fuel gauge in the center and the wiper **** upper left, headlights lower left but the **** part is missing on the upper right.
I have searched and searched for a picture of this area without success.
Would someone mind enlightening me as to the proper layout of what goes where?
Most of my dash in the middle is missing too. It looks like the radio area has been cut. So if there is info or pictures you would like to share with this old Ford guy trying to make a nice Camaro please feel free.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Upper right is cigarette lighter.
Headlamp **** has a shaft to slide into switch.
There is a button on top of switch behind the dash to press for releasing the ****/shaft assembly.
Common for radio area cutout as aftermarket radios did not match OE design.
There should be replacement center sections, maybe Classic Camaro, Heartbeat City, NPD (National Parts Depot) are a couple suggestions.
