Hi guys
I just installed a set of console gauges and the oil gauge worked for a few days but after driving it today it doesn't appear to be working. It is now sitting between the zero mark and a 1/4. What usually stuffs up on these? The engine has full oil and is not leaking anywhere.

Secondly, the water temp gauge seems to be running excessively high. at one stage past the hot mark. The car didn't boil over though and upon feeling the hoses I don't think the gauge was accurate as they didn't appear that hot. When I turn the headlights off the needle went down a little. Could this be an earthing issue?
