So I was out for a nice little 1/4 mile cruise and the first shift of the day 1-2 failed me. I decided to shift a little easier and 1-2 grinded again as well as a 2-3. Dealer said it is a known issue so I will get the upgraded syncros. He said they are steel with friction material vs brass (I think). Since he is going to be in there I went ahead and got a RAM Powergrip clutch and billet steel flywheel set. So this postponed my MGW shifter for another month or so, but thats how it goes sometimes.
