So my wife got a brief airbag fault a few months ago, but it was gone next time I started the Camaro. It came back on for me about a month ago and has been on ever since. Dealer says to replace passenger presence module ($416+$300ish labor). I called Chevy since I personally think the airbags should be covered a little better than bumper to bumper, especially after seeing on some other forums that this is a little common. They are working with me, but I figured I should try and share some info on the issue here just in case. I found the following TSB's and something called a PI (which I should find out more about Tuesday). It is interesting to see the PI says NOT to replace the PPS/SDM when the codes given are found, guess which codes I have.........
